Lubuk Larangan Ninik Mamak

The Forbidden Pool of Ninik Mamak in the Terusan customary area is a river area from the Sibayang River that forms a pool which serves as one of the sources of income for the Ninik Mamak of the Terusan customary area through harvests using auction and share methods, as well as a transportation route. This Forbidden Pool will be closed for a certain period until an agreement is reached to open it. The opening of the forbidden pool is based on the condition of the river water volume. If it is shallow enough, then the forbidden pool will be opened and harvested by the local Ninik Mamak.
